Cancellation Policy

ONLINE ON DEMAND CLASSES: Online classes are playable on demand at any time to suit and thus are not refundable. PUBLIC GROUP CLASSES: Missed classes cannot be refunded or rolled over. If you cannot attend class, please notify me and, as a courtesy, I will offer you the online version so you can practise at home and offer the space to a fellow student seeking to swap classes that week. PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS: Late cancellations or no-shows may still be charged. RETREATS: Retreats are bookable direct with the venue. Please check their cancellation policy.
