Online, on-demand, published each Tuesday lunchtime. Just click on the link to practice whenever and however many times you like for a week.

Cancellation Policy

ONLINE CLASSES: Missed online on-demand classes are playable anytime and thus not refundable. Missed live online classes can receive the video recording that week, recording permitting! PUBLIC GROUP CLASSES: Missed classes cannot be refunded or rolled over. If you cannot attend class, please notify me and, as a courtesy, I will offer you the online version so you can practise at home and offer the space to a fellow student seeking to swap classes that week. PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS: Late cancellations or no-shows may still be charged. RETREATS: Retreats are bookable direct with the venue. Please check their cancellation policy.
