Cancellation Policy

Booking, Privacy & Inclusion All classes are booked and paid for online in advance to secure your place, support class viability, and ensure fairness for everyone. Missed in-person classes are non-refundable, but you are welcome to access the online session that week. On-demand recordings are available for seven days. Late cancellations or no-shows for private sessions may be charged. Space permitting, new students may book a trial class for £20 (cash) with a completed health form; equipment can be provided for your first session. Regular students who expect to miss more than half of an upcoming block may request to book only the sessions they can attend at the higher rate of £20 per class, subject to space. Otherwise, your full payment and support for the block is appreciated, with occasional absences understood. Health information is confidential, used solely to support safe teaching, and securely deleted seven years after we last work together. Everyone is welcome. Classes are friendly, adaptable, and inclusive, with variations offered for different needs, touch always optional, and venues accessible where possible.
